Should you choose to cancel your project for any reason, please be advised that you will relinquish any claims to your designs without eligibility for a refund. The issuance of refunds remains solely at the discretion of our design team, considering the specific circumstances of each project.

Turnaround Times:

Our services have varying processing times, noted in business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays do not count as business days.

Revision Policy:

The number of revisions allowed depends on the service. Once the allotted revisions are used, Client will incur additional charges for any further changes. Revisions should be minor modifications. A redesign request will incur an extra fee.We're committed to ensuring your design meets your expectations and appreciate your understanding of our process and policies.

Our Design Process

Design Questionnaire: Within 24 hours after purchase, you'll receive a link to complete the design questionnaire to tell us about your vision, your audience, and any ideas you have for the design. You will also need to provide relevant HEX color codes and/or images to be included. The more we know, the better we can tailor the design to your needs.

Design Phase: Based on your input, we'll create some stunning visuals for your approval.

Revisions: If needed, we'll revise the design a maximum of three (3) times to make sure it's exactly what you want. Additional revisions are an additional cost and can delay the final delivery timeframes.

Final Delivery: Within the specified service timeframe days, provided you're quick with your feedback, we'll send you the final designs via email.
